New Upcoming Courses

Salaamun alaykum,

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of the Almighty, the Risalat International Institute will be holding four courses in English in 2016.

Please apply as soon as possible and before January 15th, 2016.

  1. Aqaid. This course is based on the Anthropology and Prophethood Units found in the Risalat International Institute’s new publication: “The Islamic Belief System”. It is similar to such courses which have taken place in countries worldwide.
  • Session dates:Thursdays 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (beginning on January 21st, 2016)
  • Venue: Risalat International Institute
  • Instructor: Sr. Zahra Golzar
  1. Ahkam. This course will concentrate on the Ahkam of Salat including general rulings of Salat, Jama’ah prayer and the prayers of travelers, according to the latest fatwas of Ayatullah Khamenei and Ayatullah Sistani.
  • Session dates:Sundays from 4:10 pm-5:30 pm (beginning January 31st, 2016)
  • Venue:Risalat International Institute
  • Instructor: Zahra Farzanegan
  1. Tajwid. This is a course on how to recite Qur’an correctly by understanding the rules of Tajwid based on a book taught in the Hawzah.
  • Session dates: Sundays from 2:30 pm – 4 pm (beginning January 31st, 2016)
  • Venue: Risalat International Institute
  • Instructor: Sabereh Ahmadi Movaqar

 

  1. Ahkam. This course will concentrate on the Ahkam of Ghusl including general rulings on Ghusl and rulings specific to women, according to the latest fatwas of Ayatullah Khamenei and Ayatollah Sistani.
  • Session dates:Thursdays from 8 am-10 am (beginning February 18th, 2016)
  • Venue: Risalat International Institute
  • Instructor: Sr. Leila Molaie

 

  • Deposits:
    • For each course: 25,000 tomans. (Note: Upon attending all classes and on completion of the course, this deposit will be returned. 3,000 tomans will be deducted for each absence, with an allowance of up to one absence.)
    • Please notice that for the Aqaid course the course textbook can be purchased at a discounted price of 20,000 tomans in addition to the fee for the course.
    • Deposits can be paid at the Risalat International Institute on Thursday, January 14th and Saturday, January 16th between 9 am and 1 pm.

Registration Deadline: January 15th, 2016.

NOTE:

  • Registration requires commitment. You will be notified if your application has been accepted but your registration will not be confirmed until deposits have been received. If you are unable to give a deposit, please let us know.
  • These courses are only for sisters.
